Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Service Truth LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates ServiceTruth at servicetruth.app. By using ServiceTruth, you agree to these terms.

What ServiceTruth is

ServiceTruth provides informational maintenance guidance based on manufacturer schedules and the service history you give us. It is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified technician. Always use your own judgement and professional advice before deciding on repairs or maintenance.

Your account

You need an account to save vehicles and use paid features. Keep your login secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and free trial

• Plans: Monthly at $4.99/month, or Annual at $39.99/year.
• Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. One trial per user.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Records requests

When you ask ServiceTruth to draft a request for service records, you confirm you own or are authorized to request records for that vehicle. You choose whether and when to send each request.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

Trademarks

ServiceTruth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Porsche, Audi, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify vehicles.

No warranty; limitation of liability

ServiceTruth is provided "as is." We work to keep schedules accurate but can't guarantee they are complete or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including repair costs or vehicle damage.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date when we do. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using ServiceTruth at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
