This policy explains what Service Truth LLC collects when you use ServiceTruth at servicetruth.app, and how we use it.
What we store
- Your account email address.
- The vehicles and VINs you add.
- Service records you enter and repair orders you upload.
- Records-request emails drafted and sent to dealers and shops on your behalf.
- Basic, non-identifying usage events that help us improve the app.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
How we use your data
To run ServiceTruth: decode your vehicle, build your Truth Report, keep your service history, prepare records requests, and manage your subscription.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the app, process payments (Stripe), and process uploads. They handle data only to provide those services to us.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@servicetruth.app.

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
