Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Monthly ($4.99/month) and Annual ($39.99/year) plans start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and there's one trial per user. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Auto-renewal

After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account or billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

• We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• If you were charged for a renewal you didn't want, email support@servicetruth.app within 7 days of that charge to request a refund. We review each request case by case.
